TRAINING

Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to your own health and well-being. We will teach you how to cook and eat healthy foods, prevent diabetes, and build holistic wellness into your own life.

FITNESS

We facilitate a whole body work out. It works your core and lymph system. We also use the Vibration Plate, it exercises your internal organ and whole body. It assist the body in circulation, oxygenation of cells and speed up the healing process of injuries as well as weight loss.

DIABETES PREVENTION

We are currently running 5 classes with participants who are either diagnosed with pre-diabetes or at risk for it. We have 5 trained Lifestyle Coaches delivering programs in different sites. We have another class that will start soon.

THEORY

We educate on the importance of taking care of the body, the how to and why’s. You must understand your body’s make-up to properly care for it and improve your health.  Example: How does one build an healthy immune system? By making sure your body has all the nutrients it needs to maintain Homeostasis (balance).

COOKING CLASSES

Using whole food nutrition, instruction in cooking whole foods, whole grains, green leafy vegetable, alternative meats, healthy meal planning.

We teach whole body health and whole food nutrition.
